User Import from a Database

This section explains how to import users from Database into the Bold BI Embedded.

Users belonging to the System Administrator group only can import users from database into the Bold BI.

Listing Database Users

To add new users to the Bold BI, click on New User and then Import from Database from the User Management page.

The link will redirect to another page that will look like below.

Select Users and Import

After selecting columns the data retrieved from database will be shown in Grid. Select the users to be imported and click on Import Users to import the users.

Bold BI will import the chosen users and a confirmation message will be displayed as shown in the below image.

Duplicate Users

Existing database users who has the same username or email address as that of the Bold BI users(who are already present), will be marked as duplicate users and will not be allowed to import into Bold BI.

Modify Existing Database Connection

To modify Existing Database configuration settings, click on the Modify link as below
