Cloud Analytics Server Subscription

This section explains how to cancel and reactivate the subscription for Bold BI Cloud.

The plan details for Bold BI Cloud and subscription information can be viewed through the Subscription and Billing option in the Profile icon as follows.

Cancel the subscription

Your subscription to the Bold BI Cloud can be canceled at any time. Click Cancel my subscription to cancel your subscription to the Bold BI Cloud.

Confirm the subscription cancellation by toggling the switch and clicking on the Cancel my subscription button to cancel your subscription from Bold BI Cloud.

NOTE: Charges for the current payment period will not be refunded. We will keep the Bold BI until your subscription end date. You can reverse your decision at any time before the current subscription ends.
