AI-Powered Summarization in Dashboard Scheduling

We’ve enhanced Bold BI’s scheduling feature by introducing support for AI-generated insights. When the AI Summary option is enabled during scheduling, the system automatically creates natural-language summaries based on the data from the selected widgets and dashboards. These insights are generated at the time of execution, ensuring they reflect the most current data. The summaries are then included directly in the scheduled email, alongside the report, providing recipients with quick, meaningful context without needing to analyze the visuals in detail.

How to Enable AI Summary

1. In the scheduling window, locate the “Enable AI Summary” toggle.

2. Turn it ON.

3. Complete your schedule settings and save.

4. All scheduled reports will now include an AI-generated summary.
